The Jalan-Jalan @ Kampung Bharu Cultural Guided Tour package by Kuala Lumpur Tourism Bureau takes visitors through a time warp with with in-depth knowledge of Kampung Baru history by expert local guides. The heritage walk takes tourists to several important sites namely Jamek Mosque, Kelab Sultan Sulaiman Gallery, Gurdwara Tatt Khalsa.
During the two-and-a-half-hour guided walk, tourists will also have the opportunity to try out popular street-food such as bubor lambok (spiced rice porridge), kuih-muih (traditional cakes and sweets) and the famous Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa at the Malay Food Street.
Jalan-Jalan@Kampung Baru guided walk is free for all and is conducted every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
