Anjung Floria is known to be a public park in Putrajaya. It is located in Precinct 4 and it hosts an annual garden festival called Royal Floria Putrajaya. Each year the floral festival carries a different theme. For instance, the theme for 2016 floral festival was Magical World of Floria which features Chrysanthemum as the flower theme.
Anjung Park serves an impressive variety of flowers that is interesting to discover. It is also a beautiful place for photography. The best place to capture a photo and make you look like you are somewhere overseas is at the China-Malaysia Friendship Garden. Located within the garden’s grounds, it is uniquely built based on Chinese architecture as a celebration of bilateral ties between Malaysia and China. On a regular day, the park makes a lovely place for morning walks, exercise, jogging or cycling.

Usually in mid May or June, Anjung Floria will host the Royal Floria Putrajaya Flower and Garden Festival. When the floral fest is in session, there will be lots of stalls set up around the theme of flowers. In an air-conditioned pavilion, the fest showcases flowers from local and overseas exhibitors. In each garden, different kinds of flowers from all over the globe will be exhibited. The entrance fee varies every year but usually, it is never more than RM10. It is recommended that you visit Anjung Floria Garden during this festival for a worthy experience.

If you come during the floral festival, make sure you stop by the pavilions to buy yourself traditional Malaysian handicraft products. There is also a market where visitors can buy plants, garden products, gardening tools as well as floral-themed outdoor furnitures.

By public transportation, take the KLIA Transit train from KL Sentral to Putrajaya-Cyberjaya train station. You will arrive next to Putrajaya Sentral bus terminal. From there, take the shuttle service to Anjung Floria Putrajaya. If you are driving, just look for ‘Anjung Floria Putrajaya’ in your GPS.

- On a regular day, there would hardly be anyone around. If you feel insecure or unsafe, come with friends or family members.
- There is a group of landscape maintenance staff that keeps the place clean and the vegetation looking nice. When with kids, make sure to keep an eye on them so that they won’t pick or pluck and of the flowers there.
- There is not much signage around the area to lead you to Anjung Floria. Its best if you use Google Maps.
- There is a parking space provided in the area for your convenience.
- Highly recommended to best visit when there is a floral festival going on so you can see the many kinds of exotic flowers.
