- You should try and arrive at the Sanur Harbor at 7am.
- For a day trip, you should book your return ticket in advance.
- Try and rent a scooter to go around Nusa Penida if you are travelling there without a guide.
- If you want to pay a fair amount, a self-guided day trip is doable by boat transfers but plan your stops so you know the route.
- To see the sunfish, you should try and book for 2 or 3 days of diving as the fish species are spotted irregularly.
- A guided day trip for diving here can take up to 8 hours as you will dive in the morning, have lunch, and continue your diving sessions in the afternoon before heading back to your hotel.
