Save your penny with tour! This self-guided tour and easy trekking spot is located within walking distance from Ubud center. The trails are friendly and paved, which make it easy even for beginners to enjoy it. From Ubud Traditional Market, it takes a 800m walk to this where you will see an entrance signage of Warwick IBAH Villas & Suites Restaurant and Spa on your right. Then, find the signage that directs you going up to the hill.
On your way uphill, follow the arrows to reach the ridge walk until you see a sign marking the start of your trekking path to Campuhan Ridge where you will go down a few stairs. First, you will pass a beautiful temple known as Pura Gunung Lebah on your left. On your right, you will be greeted by lush greenery of the area where you can start your refreshing morning walk or jog.
Also known as Tjampuhan Sacred Hills, expect a serene ambience as you trek through views of rice fields and traditional Balinese houses. You will pass through a valley and Sungai Wos river, where you can grab refreshments and light snacks at the nearby cafe built on a lotus pond, namely Karsa Cafe. There is also a spa here where you can pamper yourself with a relaxing session of Balinese massage. Then, you can trek back to IBAH Villas & Suites to exit the area or continue the route by taking the west path, down to Sungai Cerik river for nature exploration.
