Waterbom Bali water park is located in central Kuta directly across Discovery Mall. From Kuta Square or along the Kuta Beach, you can easily walk for 7 minutes to get here. If you are from Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Nusa Dua or other areas, it is best to get here by a cab or rent a car.

- For those who fear of heights or have health issues, it is not advisable to try on the extreme rides as they might be dangerous.
- It’s best to spend the whole day here starting in the morning if you wish to try on all the rides.
- Safety lockers are provided if you wish to store your valuables. Rent a regular locker for IDR 25,000 or a larger family locker for 35,000.
- Other facilities are available too. Towel hire is available for IDR 10,000 per piece.
- If you plan to arrange a team building session, family day or even a birthday celebration, group bookings are also available.
- Single Day pass is priced at IDR 370,000 per child and IDR 520,000 per adult. There is also a Value Package including meals and Family Package (for 2 adults and 2 children).
- Waterbom Bali water park is open every day of the year except during Nyepi Day public holiday.
