Treetop adventures are the main attraction at Langkawi Island’s Skytrex Adventure Park. Located in the Perdana Quay area, Skytrex’s main offering is Malaysia’s first outdoor activity where you travel from tree to tree through a zipline that is almost 30 metres above ground at some points!
Three separate difficulty levels are provided, and are suitable for all ages to join provided that you meet the basic health requirements. These are Little Legend, Eagle Thrill and Island Extreme. Island Extreme is the most challenging of them all as it consists for 33 different obstacles consisting of climbing, horizontal and descending.

- Wear comfortable casual or sports attire.
- Water and light snacks.
- Insect repellant.

- Book your slot online rather than walking up to the counter. You get to save RM 5 off the fee and avoid feeling disappointed if your desired time slot is completely booked.
- Book your session in the morning. This is the better option as you can avoid the rain most of the time during the evening and you get to enjoy sky-trekking while the forest is at a cooler temperature.
- Lockers are available for rent at the Adventure Park and it costs RM 3 for a small locker and RM 5 for a big locker along with a RM 10 deposit.
- You get to choose your challenge depending on the level of difficulty ranging from Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. The price varies according to the level of difficulty.
- Check the weather forecast for your desired day to carry out the activity as rain can hinder your plans. If the weather conditions are adverse, your booking may have to be rescheduled as well.
