- Listen closely to the safety talk provided by the instructors.
- Be vigilant of the whereabouts of small children at all times.
- Inform the instructor if there are any safety concerns.
- Remove all jewellery, hats, sunglasses, loose-fitting garments, and excessive/elaborate nail art including studs and dangles before participating in any activities in Dolphin Island.

- If you need to reschedule your visit, do inform about the rescheduling 24 hours in advance.
- Do arrive at least 15 minutes earlier before the scheduled interaction programme in your swimming attire.
- Some items are not permitted such as personal flotation devices and wetsuits, phones, cameras, loose items, outside food or beverages, sunscreen lotion or pets.
- Bad weather may result in the cancellation of programmes. The instructor will determine cancellation or postponement due to the weather condition in your presence.
- Purchase photographs of your magical experience at Adventure Cove Waterpark’s Reef N Wave Wear.
- Different programmes have different prices, with prices ranging from S$48 to S$398.
- A separate Adventure Cove Waterpark One-Day Ticket is required for admission in order to access Sentosa Dolphin Island.
