- You can take bus, taxi or ferry to get to Puteri Harbour Theme Park.
- If you plan to come here by bus, the first bus will be departing at 8.00 am and the last bus is at 9.30 pm.
- If you plan to come here by ferry, the first ferry will be departing at 8.00 am and the last ferry is at 4.00 pm.

- The air conditioning in this indoor theme park can be quite cold for your little ones, so bring them a light jacket or sweater.
- If you plan to stay overnight, there are some selections of accommodations provided nearby.
- If you plan to meet up with the cartoon characters, make sure to check their Meet and Greet schedule.
- To avoid the long queues, come earlier to buy your tickets. Even though it might be crowded, it’s definitely more lively here during the weekends.
- This theme park is divided into two different areas: Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and Thomas Town. You need to pay entrance fees for each of towns if you wish to go either one. Price is free for kids under 3 years old. Each ticket is RM85 per adult/children without Malaysian ID and RM68 per adult with MyKad.
- Get the two park pass for a better price: RM125 per adult/children without Malaysian ID or RM100 per MyKad holder, if you wish to visit both theme parks.
