Located in Bandar Meru Raya, Movie Animation Park Studios (MAPS) is established over 21ha of land and is the first animation theme park in Asia! With more than 40 unique attractions featuring famous international characters as well as home grown ones, MAPS was recently launched in June 2017 and is set to be the one of the ultimate theme park destinations in Malaysia.
A few of the attractions include full stunt car and motorbike performances, 4D adventure theatres and dedicated zones where you can immerse yourself in the world of your favorite cartoon characters! There are also themed restaurants and shopping outlets where you can find something special for everyone. Ipoh town is just a 15-minute car ride away from MAPS. You can stop for a authentic cup of Ipoh white coffee, kaya toast and bean sprouts chicken! You can also practice your photography at the Birch Memorial Clock Tower and at various murals strewn around the walls of the town.

There aren’t any bus services at the moment so a taxi or ride sharing service such as Uber or GRAB would be your best choice to arrive at the venue.

- If you need to stay overnight before/after your trip to MAPS, the Casuarina@Meru hotel is nearby at only a 5 minute drive away.
- Admission tickets for MyKad holders are RM 114 and RM 144 for Children/Senior and Adults respectively while a regular ticket is RM 120 and RM 152 for Children/Senior and Adults respectively.
- Tickets sold are only valid as a 1 day pass.
- Children tickets are for the ages between 3-12 only.
- Senior tickets are for ages 60 years old and above only.
