- Bandung is best visited during the dry season which is the months of June – September. Chances of sudden heavy rainfalls due will be low during this time.
- Bandung weather has a typical tropical monsoon climate - the summers are hot and humid but the winters are cool and pleasant due to its high altitude when compared to the rest of Indonesia.
- If you can speak Chinese, communication is not going to be a problem as many of the locals here speak Chinese too.
- You may bargain at the local markets, but many of the items are already reasonably priced.
- Renting a car won’t be a problem, so long as you have a valid international driving license and credit card. But you can always hire a driver or ‘supir’ to drive you around town as there are many drivers available to hire.
