- You can also take taxi or ride-sharing app from Kuala Terengganu airport which takes roughly 18 minutes.
- From Kuala Terengganu bus station, you can walk here for about 7 minutes.

- There are no entrance fee as it is an open market. However, do plan your budget wisely so you will not overspend as the prices here are quite cheap.
- Make sure to keep your belongings secure with you as this place can get crowded at times.
- The air ventilation here is quite bad and it might be hot, so make sure to bring your pocket fan to keep you chill or wear a mask if you feel uncomfortable breathing in its air.
- It is recommended for you to visit this market early in the morning to avoid crowd.
- If you bring your kids along, keep an eye on them and make sure they stay close to you at all times. Do not bring your kids here with a stroller as it will be very troubling for you, the vendors and other visitors.
- Do bargain from the locals but remember to be reasonable. They will give you their best price if you buy more from them.
- Make sure to get yourself some addictive local snacks like chips and other munchies. They sell 3 packets for only RM10.
- You can find variety of local food that is quite hard to find in Kuala Lumpur such as serunding (meat floss), salted duck eggs and turtle eggs!
- You can enjoy local delicacies in the food court. Since you’re here, you should definitely try the local Nasi Dagang and Nasi Kerabu.
